This Privacy Policy explains what personal data PaySVP ("we", "us") collects when you use a PaySVP payment link, and how we handle it.
1. What we collect
When you complete a payment we collect the details you enter on the checkout page: your name, email address and billing address, together with technical data such as your IP address. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment element and never reach our servers.
2. Why we collect it
We use your data to process your payment, send you an email receipt, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping requirements.
3. Who we share it with
Your payment data is shared with Stripe, Inc. (our payment processor) and with the merchant you are paying. We use Mailgun to deliver receipt emails. We never sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
Transaction records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and bookkeeping laws. You may request deletion of data that we are not legally required to keep.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@paysvp.com.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS, payments run on Stripe's PCI-DSS infrastructure, and access to transaction data is restricted to authenticated administrators.
