These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PaySVP payment links and the checkout pages they open. By opening a PaySVP payment link or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
PaySVP ("we", "us") provides dynamic payment links that let merchants collect payments from their customers. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — we never store your full card details on our servers.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. The amount, product and merchant shown on the payment page are final at the moment of payment. You will receive an email receipt after a successful payment.
3. Refunds & disputes
Refunds are handled by the merchant you paid. Contact the merchant first using the details on your receipt. If you cannot reach the merchant, contact us at hello@paysvp.com and we will assist where possible.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use PaySVP for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, or products and services prohibited by Stripe's restricted business list. We may suspend links or refuse transactions that we reasonably suspect violate these Terms.
5. Liability
PaySVP provides the payment-link service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of a payment link. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the moment of your payment.
